In accordance with the Italian law, the Privacy Act 675 of December 31, 1996 provides for personal data protection in accordance to people’s rights, basic freedoms and dignity, referring in particular to individual privacy and identity.
The applicant be informed that: the Tekfestival Association, via Braccio da Montone n.58, is in charge and responsible for the data protection.
The protected data include the data submitted through the entry form and/or the curriculum vitae. The data will be processed for the applicant’s participation to Tekfestival and for the cultural activities related to the Tekfestival Association in compliance with the regulation in force.
Tekfestival will not process any sensitive data. If the Association shall come into possession of any sensitive information, it will immediately destroy that information without holding any backup or trace. This should to be done before that information and the applicant are related.
The data are processed by manual and computer-based means.
The data are processed and released only within the Tekfestival Association and those involved in the organisation of the competition, in compliance with the regulation in force.
The applicant can request the details of the holder and the people responsible for dealing with the data.
The data not included in the informed consent are those in compliance with the regulation in force.
The data included in the informed consent are those relating to purposes of cultural information, promotion, information about the applicant and the processing of data in compliance with the above-mentioned regulation.
The data will be held by the Association for 10 years and destroyed afterwards.
In order to participate in the competition the applicant must give written informed consent to the processing of data.
The Art. 7, Decree-Law 196/2003 establishes the following applicant’s rights: the applicant has the right to be informed about how personal details will be dealt with and for what purpose, and has the right to be asked explicit informed consent. The personal data submitted through the entry form and/or the curriculum vitae will therefore be processed only in compliance with the Act 675/96 and will be dealt with for management and organizational purposes only within the Tekfestival Association. The data will not be forwarded to any third party, except if required by the Judicial Authority.
By filling in the entry form and agreeing to the privacy clause the applicant gives the Tekfestival Association informed consent to the processing of personal data in compliance with the above-mentioned regulation.
