Un villaggio gitano è messo improvvisamente di fronte a grandi dilemmi dopo essere stato rappresentato come una popolazione arcaica del Kazakhstan nel film Borat. La diciassettenne Carmen vede le persone intorno a lei cambiare e sa che anche il suo futuro cambierà drasticamente. Un film divertente ma da cui filtrano allusioni e riferimenti a questioni serie. Carmen meets Borat is a film about a small village in a big universe. A gypsy village is suddenly confronted with huge dilemmas after they are portrayed as backward people from Kazakhstan in the film Borat. The 17-year-old Carmen sees the people around her change and knows her future will change dramatically as well. A hilarious film with serious undertones.
