An old, lonely man, a philosopher and expert cook, is dying in a hospital room after suffering a heart attack. In a combination of dreams and reality, past and present, he thinks about the meaning of his life, about love and about death. The only witness-spectator is a young Bulgarian nurse. Maybe things happened in a completely different way, but what's important is that they happened.

Armando Ceste, All'inizio degli anni 70' Ë tra i fondatori del Collettivo Cinema Militante di Torino. Nel corso degli ultimi anni ha realizzato numerosi lavori, alcuni dei quali in collaborazione con l'Archivio del Movimento Operaio e Democratico di Roma. E' stato direttore artistico del Valsusa Film Fest, festival Cinematografico sui temi della memoria storica e della difesa dell'ambiente.

Armando Ceste, In the beginning of the 1970s he is one of the founders of Collettivo Cinema Militante in Turin. In the last years he has made several works, some of them in collaboration with the Archivio audiovisivo del movimento operaio e democratico in Rome. He has been artistic director at Valsusa Filmfest, flim festival on the themes of historic memory and environment defense.
