blackANDwhite, the director, who uses the pseudonym blackANDwhite, graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology then moved to LA where he became interested in filmmaking. After 3 years he left for New York city and began working on television commercials. He has been practicing transcendental meditation for 7 years and is an avid proponent of its benefits to the creative process. Lynch is his first film.
