The makers of Media Jihad set out to find the source of this propaganda. They begin their quest in Pakistan, where a large batch of propaganda videos is on offer. The programmes are produced very well, utilising advanced editing techniques and catchy rap music.
Yoshitaka Nitta è nato nel 1969 e dal 1992 lavora alla NHK, la società televisiva giapponese. Iniziando la sua carriera alla NHK della stazione di Fukuoka nel sud del Giappone, si è occupato di documentari per la televisione e notiziari televisivi in diversi campi. Dopo aver accumulato ulteriori esperienze nella produzione di programmi per la programmazione satellitare della NHK nella sede di Tokyo, Nitta è diventato regista e produttore di programmi di notizie e di attualità. Concentrandosi sui paesi del terzo mondo come l’Asia, il Medio Oriente e l’Africa, Nitta si occupa attualmente del Medio Oriente musulmano.

Yoshitaka Nitta was born in 1969 and entered NHK in 1992. Starting his career at NHK’s Fukuoka station in southern Japan, he has been involved with TV documentaries and news programs in a variety of fields. After accumulating further experience while producing programs for NHK’s Satellite Broadcasting Department in the Tokyo Headquarters, Nitta became a TV director/producer for news and current affairs programs. With a focus on issues in the third-world nations such as Asia, Middle East and Africa, Nitta is currently covering the Middle East Muslim world.
Director Toru Takagi was born in 1965 and joined NHK (the Japan Broadcasting Corporation) in 1990. He has been involved with TV documentaries and news programs in a variety of fields, covering events such as the Barcelona Olympics in 1992, the Kobe earthquake in 1994, and the hostage standoff at the Japanese ambassador’s residence in Peru in 1996.
